Project was successfully completed in July 2014 on the 411 Apartments under a full design and construct process with Icon Constructions. ESD initiatives included evacuated tube solar hot water, 100,000 litre rainwater harvesting system supplying toilets & landscaping and a stormwater filtration system with Bio Filtration planter.
